Many companies were also there to introduce themselves to future employees that they had come to recruit. Crytes (the HR director is more than charming!), Animal Logic (300 positions in Australia), Disney, Dreamworks, etc.

The whole audience followed the conferences one after the other, and sadly, it often happened that two or three interesting conferences were taking place at the same time...

To conclude, this fmx/08, which was my first, was a great surprise: lots of professionalism, everyone speaking English (a relief for me), organization without faults to scare off an organizer of a French exposition, and remarkable participants. However, I regret that there weren’t more editors’ stalls or participants’ companies, which would have made it possible to speak more easily, to find out about certain things more precisely, or to pose more specific questions.

Sadly, because I was at my stall, I could not participate in many of the conferences, but on the whole, the trip to Germany was very informative and more than positive! Come out to the next fmx without hesitation!
