I recently did a photo shoot with him in February at the Disney Concert Hall: everything from the obscure to the candid. We had a blast. I got to see his photo 'Divine Apocalypse' amongst a collection of other pieces, and knew it had to be in my latest series of Synaesthesia compositions.
Kornél Ravadits - I chose his 'Budapest Landscape Fantasy' because I’ve lived in Budapest, and just seeing his imagination of the Danube river landscape was really exhilarating and gave me butterflies. I wanted to be on one of those ships, and just felt something special when I saw it. It brought out the little adventurer inside me. All of Kornel’s work is amazing to see. His entire gallery is awesome.
Vitaly S. Alexius - I chose his 'Sanctuary' because like his entire gallery, it was fierce and inspired. His persona is very exacting, and he appears to be quite sure of himself as an artist. I found this interesting and wicked. The way that the cathedral just melts into the ground was musical on its own. I wanted to know what that would sound like.
