Gamecaster Competitions take place at a venue over a multiple-day period and include multiple, genre-specific tournaments operating sequentially. They take the best Competitors in the world, put them in an environment that encourages their best play and then showcase the action on national television.Gamecaster Field of Play : The Gamecaster Field of Play is to Gamecaster what the football field is to the NFL, or the basketball court to the NBA. The Gamecaster Field of Play is a large circular platform raised off the ground. Competitors sit or stand at networked game stations mounted to the circular platform. The circular platform slowly rotates during competition. Thousands of live spectators encompass the Gamecaster Field of Play and watch the matches on huge LED display devices (or "Jumbotrons") that hang from the center of the arena ceiling.
