Review : Stitcher 5.6 HDR

The final result after an operation of alignment and reframing was magnificent. There were still some ghostly characters on the final image, which we were able to correct with the Mask function of Stitcher. Yet, for this test we realized the final alterations with Photoshop. Stitcher took care of the color harmonization of all the images; we didn’t even need to use the powerful functions of correction or distortion that this software holds. The final image (slightly altered with Photoshop) is the one presented on last page and the different steps are visible below.

The second test was simple; we provided four images of one landscape and without intervening we left Stitcher manage the whole process, from assembling to color harmonization. The result was fast and remarkable. No transition was apparent between the photos and the final VRML looked like one picture taken from one point. (See below - Quicktime Needed)
